WeGroup × Sigura: One bidirectional bridge, no duplicate data entry.
Sigura is a Belgian broker-management system and remains the system of record. WeGroup works alongside it, exchanging parties, documents, quotes and risk objects with Sigura both ways via Bloc Retour, so the same data does not need to be keyed in twice. Activate the connection in Sigura under "Externe koppelingen" and the advice and distribution layer sits on top, no migration.
- Bidirectional
- Bloc Retour exchange, Sigura to WeGroup and back
- BE
- Belgian broker-management system
- FSMA
- Office identified by its FSMA number
Sigura runs the back office for Belgian brokers, and it keeps doing exactly that. The point where time goes is the rekeying: a client, a quote or a risk object entered in one place and entered again somewhere else.
WeGroup helps with that. Parties, documents, quotes and risk objects move both ways across the Bloc Retour link, so a record entered once can show up where it is needed without a second pass by hand.
Sigura stays the system of record. WeGroup adds the advice and distribution layer on top, and the data stays consistent on both sides.
Bidirectional Bloc Retour exchange
Parties, documents, quotes and risk objects flow Sigura to WeGroup and back over the Bloc Retour channel.
No duplicate data entry
A record keyed once on either side appears on the other, so the same client and risk data does not need re-entering.
Office identified by FSMA number
The connection ties each office to its FSMA number, so data lands against the right broker.
Activated under Externe koppelingen
The integration is switched on inside Sigura under Externe koppelingen. No separate migration project.
In scope
- Bidirectional exchange of parties, documents, quotes and risk objects via Bloc Retour
- No duplicate data entry between Sigura and WeGroup
- Activation inside Sigura under Externe koppelingen, identified by FSMA number
- Advice and distribution layer on top, with Sigura kept as the system of record
Out of scope · stays with the partner
- Sigura remains the system of record for policy administration
- WeGroup works alongside Sigura, it does not replace or migrate it
- Exchange is scoped to parties, documents, quotes and risk objects, not full back-office accounting
Does WeGroup replace Sigura?
No. Sigura stays the broker-management system and the system of record. WeGroup works alongside it and exchanges data over Bloc Retour.
How is the connection set up?
Inside Sigura, under Externe koppelingen. The office is identified by its FSMA number, and the bidirectional Bloc Retour exchange runs from there.
What data moves between the two systems?
Parties, documents, quotes and risk objects, both ways. A record entered once does not need to be keyed again on the other side.
Is this available outside Belgium?
Sigura is a Belgian broker-management system, so this integration is for the Belgian market.
