Three distribution groups, one operating layer.

PIB Group operates Europe-wide on 140+ acquisitions since 2015. WeGroup provides the advisor and customer layer above Thoma Assurantie- en Pensioenadviseurs, their Dutch MGA arm. One tenant connects to ANVA, while the group architecture is ready for the next country to plug in without an integration project.

Yellow Hive (100+ acquisitions) uses WeGroup as the distribution layer for its Personal Lines portfolio at YINCO and runs Smart Buddy via the OneSurance integration. We're scaling alongside their German rollout.

Ardonagh ($14bn valuation, 95 acquisitions in 2025) uses WeGroup inside PIA Group, their Dutch MGA. The three groups share one architecture: tenant-scoped per brand, on the source system the office already runs.

How does a new acquisition plug in?

Each new acquisition plugs into the group's existing WeGroup tenant, with its own labels, products and language. Typically live in days, not quarters, because the connectors already run. If the acquisition runs on a local CRM we do not connect to yet, timing depends on our roadmap and on the availability of that vendor's APIs.

Does it work cross-country (NL, BE, ES, etc.)?

Yes. WeGroup runs today in the Netherlands, Belgium and the Caribbean and is expanding with customers across multiple continents, with local data sources (RDW, KvK, equivalents), local regulators (AFM, DNB, FSMA) and language support per market.

Do local offices keep their own products and stack?

Yes. Local autonomy remains. Each office runs on its own source system; WeGroup adds the shared advice, distribution and intelligence layer on top of the heterogeneity. That is exactly where the value sits: local brokers' data is connected internationally to the group's MGA-label products, and that surfaces very interesting sales opportunities.

What about cross-country data and governance?

Data stays inside the right tenant and the right country boundaries. Group-level aggregations are available to the holding, while respecting local GDPR context.

What's a typical time-to-live for a new acquisition?

For a group already running the WeGroup layer, a new office or country typically plugs in in days to a few weeks, depending on the source system and product mix. No forced migration, no re-architecting of the holding.
