What is WeGroup?

WeGroup is an advice, distribution and efficiency platform for insurance intermediaries. WeGroup sits on top of the core systems an office already runs, such as ANVA, DIAS, Assu and eBlinqx, instead of replacing them, and adds three layers: Intelligence (risk analysis and proactive portfolio management), Distribution (the Extranet, hybrid lanes and a customer portal), and Efficiency (Smart Buddy, an AI assistant inside Microsoft Outlook). WeGroup is used by 600+ offices across 4 countries, with the Netherlands as the primary market and Belgium as the origin market.

Which systems does WeGroup integrate with?

WeGroup connects to the systems insurance offices already run. On the policy-administration side that includes ANVA, DIAS, Assu and eBlinqx. On the product side it includes insurers such as Allianz, AXA, Baloise and Vivium, and data sources such as RDW, KvK and Graydon Creditsafe. WeGroup reads from and writes back to these source systems, so the office keeps a single system of record and avoids parallel data entry. New connectors are typically added in weeks.

Do we need to migrate or replace our current systems?

No. WeGroup is the intelligent layer on top of your insurance operation, not a replacement for it. Your policy administration, CRM and source systems remain the system of truth. WeGroup connects to them instead of migrating data away. That is how an office goes live in hours instead of the many months a platform replacement usually costs.
