For service providers

Sold through you. Built by us.

Hundreds of advisors join your network for the backoffice, the volmachten and the product range. Not for the portal underneath. WeGroup ships that portal as a product, ready to carry your own vision on advice and distribution, multi-volmacht, multi-label, multi-country and all the way into Outlook.

Sound familiar?

Your offices come for the backoffice. Not for the software underneath.

You have a few hundred to a few thousand advisors in your network. They stay with you for the volmachten, the product range, the claims handling and the collective weight. They do not stay with you for the portal. It sits in their workflow now, but it is not what binds them to you. It is what costs you a platform team.

Your own portal turned into a platform team

An in-house extranet, an in-house advisory layer, an in-house customer portal: built once because no vendor fit. In 2026 you pay 15-30 FTE to keep up with DORA, GDPR per market and an evolving FSMA and local-regulator audit trail. The roadmap is maintenance, not differentiation.

Multi-volmacht has become multi-config

A service provider runs five, fifteen or thirty volmachten. Each with its own pricing, underwriting rules and policy admin. Affiliated offices want one flow across all of them, not one login per volmacht.

A distinct identity has to go beyond colours

Advisors expect more than a tab in your colours. The closing flow, the customer portal, the Outlook plugin: every surface has to project your own vision of advice and client experience. Or they lose the client to a brand that pushed further than branding.

AI in Outlook is the new productivity

Advisors are not asking for another portal. They are asking for client context on every email and drafted replies pulled from their own policy stack. Whoever brings it inside Outlook wins adoption. The rest lose to a service provider who already did.

How WeGroup solves this

One platform, your vision on top. Multi-volmacht, multi-label, multi-country.

WeGroup ships the three layers your network expects (intelligence, distribution, efficiency) as a platform ready to carry your own vision on advice and distribution. Affiliated offices see your office, not our stack. You stop building and maintaining the software underneath.

01 · Intelligence

One intelligence layer under every volmacht.

Affiliated offices get the relation scan, active portfolio management and risk analysis under your brand, with data isolated per office and cleanly separated per volmacht. Underwriting logic per volmacht lives in the platform. An office picks a product, you keep control over what is accepted and on what terms.

  • Relation scan and data enrichment as a uniform intake across your whole network, tenant-scoped per office.
  • Volmacht underwriting logic centrally managed: updating one rate sheet rolls out across every affiliated office.
  • Proactive portfolio management per office, rolled up for your central team. Compliance visibility without building monthly reports.

02 · Distribution

One distribution layer, your vision on it.

One distribution layer beneath every label you carry. Extranet, hybrid lanes and customer portal that carry your own vision on advice and distribution, not just your colours. Affiliated offices get sub-branding where it differentiates them; you keep uniformity where compliance and data demand it.

  • White-label extranet and closing flow: your colours, your domain, your logo, all the way into Outlook.
  • Hybrid flows (client and advisor in the same lane) without any office building anything.
  • Separate customer portals per brand; Smart Buddy in Outlook, brandable down to the office's icon.

03 · Efficiency

Smart Buddy in every mailbox, insight across the entire network portfolio.

Advisors at your affiliated offices get Smart Buddy in Outlook: client context, policy history and drafted replies on every incoming email. You get something else for the first time: a single view across the entire portfolio held by every affiliated office. Not just the policies you administer, but the full client picture that has so far been scattered across hundreds of Outlook inboxes and source systems.

  • Smart Buddy in Outlook at every affiliated office: 30% productivity gain, in the tool the advisor already uses.
  • One network-wide portfolio view: risks, opportunities and gaps across every affiliated office combined.
  • Visibility into policies that don't run through your volmachten, surfacing coverage gaps and advice opportunities for your central team.

Re: Home insurance renewal for Jansen

Hi Anna, my home insurance is up for renewal next month. We added an extension to the living room last year, do I need to update anything?

Customer case · Berkelstaete · Thoma Groep

50 sub-agents on one platform, new products live in two days.

Berkelstaete is the Thoma Group's service-provider arm. Roughly 50 affiliated agents intermediate Thoma volmacht products to their clients. Each agent runs their own login, their own clients and their own portfolio, with ANVA as the system of record.

WeGroup ships the multi-tenant platform underneath. A new agent plugs in inside ten minutes of configuration. Products defined in ANVA propagate to the network within a day or two. Every onderagent's end-clients use Mijn Omgeving for routine work from day one.

Frequently asked

For service providers · answers to the first round of questions.

How is WeGroup different for a service provider?

Service providers sell an operational platform to intermediaries. We bring the modern advice and distribution layer on top of your source system · you sell a uniform digital office, we maintain the tech layer.

Multi-tenant and whitelabel?

Yes. One WeGroup environment can serve multiple SP brands, with whitelabel branding per office and separated data rooms across tenants.

How does a newly affiliated office plug in?

Onboarding a new affiliated office under an existing SP typically lands in days, not weeks. The source-system connector and the shared product setup are already in place.

What about the source system the SP hosts itself?

WeGroup lives on top of the source system you operate. We don't replace · we connect and add. The permission and role model of your setup stays authoritative.

Which SPs run on WeGroup today?

Including Willemot and RISK in Belgium, with adjacent SPs in the Netherlands in trial. We deliberately work with SPs that do their own advisor work, not with parties that purely resell.
