Sound familiar?

You design the product. The market sees the advisor.

Your product shelf is modern, your pricing is sharp, your underwriting is digital. And yet it still takes weeks before a new variant lands in advisor conversations. You only see afterwards which proposition lands, which channel drifts, which agent explains it your way. The data lives in portfolios you do not own.

Product rollout takes weeks per partner

Landing a new variant means change-requests against every volmacht and every large brokerage individually. By the time it goes live somewhere, your market window has narrowed.

No real-time grip on distribution

Monthly reports pulled from six portfolio systems do not tell you which wording advisors actually use, which channel drifts, or where adoption of a new proposition stalls.

Fragmentation across the network

Every volmacht, every brokerage runs its own stack. None of them owe you anything in data format. One product line looks different in six systems.

Duty-of-care evidence collected by email

When FSMA, DNB or the local regulator reviews, you start chasing partners. Distribution runs externally, liability stays internal. The evidence lives in six mailboxes.

How WeGroup solves this

One distribution layer across your whole distribution network.

Three layers between your product shelf and the advisor selling it. Real-time intelligence per channel, distribution without a change-request per partner, and one data spine across the whole network.

01 · Intelligence

Real-time grip on the whole channel, from intake to signal.

Three sub-layers connecting your product shelf to the advisors who actually sell. The relation scan captures every new client request uniformly, active maintenance pulls data continuously across the whole installed base, and proactive portfolio management flags loss-frequency, adoption and pricing signals in real time per channel and per agent.

  • Relation scan: uniform intake across your full intermediary channel, consistent data quality at source.
  • Active maintenance: continuous intake keeps client views fresh, also at independent brokers and multi-agents.
  • Proactive portfolio management: loss-frequency, adoption and pricing signals in real time per channel, per agent, per proposition.

02 · Distribution

Grip on your distribution network, in hours, not weeks.

One configuration layer for product variants, underwriting rules and wording across your whole intermediary channel. A new variant gets published on WeGroup and appears directly in the advisor quoting flow, native inside Outlook. No change-request per volmacht, no chasing every brokerage.

  • Release to advisor desktop in hours, not weeks.
  • Tenant-scoped distribution per volmacht, per brokerage, per market. No rip-and-replace at the partner.
  • Label portals per partner, with your underwriting rules and wording as configuration.

03 · Efficiency

One data spine across the whole channel, no channel bias.

Hybrid lanes (client self-close and advisor-led close) feed the same data across volmachten, brokers and multi-agents. Smart Buddy in Outlook logs every client touchpoint back into the source system, automatically. Distribution director and chief actuary look at the same data.

  • Smart Buddy in Outlook with your distribution partners; client contact logs back without change-management.
  • Hybrid lanes: portal close and advisor-led close on the same data spine, no channel bias.
  • One data source across the whole network; conversations and reports stored centrally.

BORIS, rebuilt. Risk advice 50% faster across 250 EMA offices.

BORIS was the de Goudse brand for risk advice across their EMA network. It carried years of de Goudse branch knowledge and report templates that 250 affiliated offices relied on for their business clients, each on a different CRM.

WeGroup ships the risk and advice engine underneath. de Goudse keeps the expertise, the question paths and the report templates. Every EMA office connects via its own CRM, and the renewed BORIS produces an advice report in roughly half the time.

Adoption across the network

Distribution only works if advisors use it.

An insurer can publish whatever it wants. If advisors don't find it, nothing happens. WeGroup lands where they already work.

  • Live in days, not months, per new proposition or partner.
  • Advisors work from Outlook, not a new screen.
  • Phased onboarding, office by office, no big-bang rollout.

  • One uniform way of working

  • Portfolios kept current

Clients are followed up in the portfolio, so cover and data stay up to date across the network instead of drifting after onboarding.

  • DORA-ready

Frequently asked

For insurers · concrete answers to the distribution questions.

What does WeGroup do for an insurer?

WeGroup gives insurers a consistent product surface across every distribution partner running on the platform. Pre-filled quotes, live rating, bind in one transaction and write-back to the partner's source system.

Which products are already connected?

12+ insurers are live, including Allianz, Baloise, Vivium and De Goudse, with personal lines, SME and motor in production. Specific lines are aligned case by case.

How long does a new product connection take?

A new product connection typically lands in weeks, not quarters. It depends on the complexity of the rating engine and how standardised the underwriting rules are.

Which distribution channels does WeGroup serve?

Independent intermediaries, MGAs and service providers. For insurers with owned distribution via a tied partner network there are live cases too.

Does this work with APIs other than REST?

Yes. Our connector layer covers REST, SOAP and proprietary message formats. We rarely see an insurer API we can't wire up.

Plan a call

Bring your product roadmap. We'll show you how fast you can push it.

60-minute working session with a WeGroup solution architect and an insurer reference who pushed three propositions live last year without a single partner integration. We load your product shelf into a test environment and you see the first variant land before the call ends.
