The challenge

Why they started working with WeGroup.

Mevas is a specialist intermediary for the Dutch metal industry. Around thirty people serve a portfolio that demands deep risk insight, prevention support and structured beheer of existing relations. A generic broker tool would not get them where they needed to be.

The CRM, eBlinqx, holds the portfolio's core data. That data is the basis for the advisory work, which had to run in a tool that talks to eBlinqx, handles their real scan volume and delivers consistent advice across a complex industrial portfolio. Relationships are reviewed periodically, and the related data and documents flow from eBlinqx into WeGroup.

Generic broker tools do not fit our workflow. We needed something that runs the volume we actually have, talks to eBlinqx, and lets us deliver professional advice consistently across an industrial portfolio.

Director, Mevas

What we built

WeGroup is the advice and risk-analysis layer Mevas runs on top of eBlinqx. Portfolio data flows in from eBlinqx, advice and follow-up tasks flow back. Both prospects and active relations get the same structured analysis.

Risk scans at industry scale

Mevas runs 4,000 scans a year against the metal-industry portfolio. New prospects and active relations get the same structured analysis.

eBlinqx integrated end-to-end

Portfolio data, contacts and policies flow in from eBlinqx. Adviezen, tasks and follow-ups flow back. The client file in eBlinqx stays the source of truth, without a parallel admin track.

Beheer with structure

Relationships are reviewed periodically to re-analyse risk changes and advice gaps. The maintenance track is a workflow, not a vague list at the bottom of an inbox.

Specialist advice, delivered consistently

Industry-specific risk understanding stays in the Mevas team. WeGroup provides the structure they need to deliver that advice consistently across the whole industrial book.

The numbers

What it produced, in numbers.

Risk scans / year

4,000

Risk analysis at the industry scale Mevas actually serves. Prospects and active relations run through the same structured flow.

On one advice flow

~30 FTE

Thirty people deliver consistent risk advice across the metal-industry portfolio. The advice tool stops being the bottleneck.

Live sync, both directions

eBlinqx

Portfolio in, advice and tasks out. The eBlinqx client file stays accurate without a parallel admin track. No re-keying, no end-of-day catch-up.

Active beheertrajecten

Structured

Periodic re-analysis of active relations is a workflow with tasks and follow-ups, not an inbox reminder. Retention work gets done because it is scheduled.

In their words

WeGroup moved us forward in a short period of time. Their advice tool enables us to report the risks and needs of SMEs in the metal sector in detail and send them out efficiently, which has significantly improved our service.
