The challenge

What was broken before WeGroup showed up.

Mevas is a specialist intermediary for the Dutch metal industry. Around thirty people serve a portfolio that demands deep risk insight, prevention support and structured beheer of existing relations. A generic broker tool would not get them where they needed to be.

Their CRM, Blinqx, held the portfolio. Their advice work had to live in a tool that talked to Blinqx, ran at their actual scan volume, and produced consistent advice across a complex industrial book. The risk-inventarisations were the high-volume work; the beheertrajecten on existing relations were the work that actually retained clients.

Generic broker tools do not fit our workflow. We needed something that runs the volume we actually have, talks to Blinqx, and lets us deliver professional advice consistently across an industrial portfolio.
